I’m a compensation professional that’s obsessed with helping young professionals land their dream jobs & get paid fairly so they can take control of their lives & their careers!

  • Working in HR and Compensation, I always felt like there is a massive knowledge gap between what HR knows and what employees and job candidates know. It’s my mission to close that gap so that folks can land the job, get paid fairly, and fully utilize their benefits.

  • I have 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources and Compensation. Before I transitioned careers into HR, I was a Paralegal.

    In addition to my work experience, I have a Masters in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, where I took classes in Compensation, Conflict Management & Negotiations, Incentive Pay & Employee Benefits, Performance Management, and more! After receiving my Masters, I received my PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI.

    I also have a BA in Sociology and Communicative Sciences & Disorders from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
